Our services
Pilot Revenue provides marketing and software services, including ad attribution infrastructure and AI sales workflow implementation. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are described in a separate written agreement, proposal, or statement of work.
Use of the website
You agree to use the website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it to transmit harmful content. The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Client accounts and access

Fees and payment
Fees, billing cadence, and payment terms are specified in the engagement agreement between you and Pilot Revenue. Late or unpaid amounts may result in suspension of services.
Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep confidential information shared during an engagement confidential and to use it only for the purpose of performing under the engagement.
Disclaimers
We do not guarantee any specific business result, revenue outcome, or marketing performance. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, your team's execution, and third-party platforms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pilot Revenue is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the website or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the fees paid to us for the services giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the engagement agreement. We may suspend or terminate your access to the website at any time for any reason.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
